Returns and alterations

Custom stitched garments are made to measurement and are not returnable unless defective. Eligible custom orders include one fit correction request within seven days of delivery.

Ready-made returns

Ready-made / finished garments may be returned unused, with tags attached, within 7 days of delivery for size exchange or refund (store credit or original payment method). Worn, washed, or altered ready-made items are not eligible. This policy is separate from custom stitch alterations.

Keep tags, packaging, and photos ready when raising a return or alteration request.
